1. Introduction
Welcome to Magnetize Audiences. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional event management services including corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, weddings, and private events.
All services are subject to availability, feasibility, and mutual agreement.
3. Proposal & Agreement
- Every project will be governed by a formal proposal/quotation shared with the client.
- Confirmation of services will be considered only after written approval and advance payment.
- Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable advance (typically 50% or as agreed) is required to confirm booking.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or on the event date.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services without liability.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Refunds (if applicable) depend on the stage of project execution:
- Before planning stage: Partial refund may be considered
- During execution stage: Limited or no refund
- Post vendor booking: No refund
- Third-party vendor costs are strictly non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Approve designs, schedules, and deliverables on time
- Ensure timely communication and coordination
Delays from the client side may affect timelines and outcomes.
7. Third-Party Services
We may engage third-party vendors (venues, decorators, artists, etc.).
We are not liable for:
- Vendor delays or failures
- Quality issues beyond our direct control
8. Intellectual Property
All event concepts, designs, creatives, and materials developed by Magnetize Audiences remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reuse or replicate without permission.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Strikes or unforeseen circumstances
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh,

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
